Kapstone's History

Kapstone studios was originally founded late 2015 when engineer & owner Joshua Coleman decided to take it upon himself to use his skills as a carpenter & audio engineer to convert his garage into a full recording studio. It slowly became a place for he and his peers to create music as well as expand into a business.

In May 2016, due to unknown forces, the same studio Josh put his own time and money into build tragically caught on fire leaving nothing but ashes in its wake & taking most of the belongings in his home along with it. Though this would be devastating to anyone, Josh didn't allow that to deter him from his goal.

Today we stand at the rebirth of the metaphorical Phoenix from the ashes of the former Kapstone Studios into the new Kapstone Music, Inc. A place built solely with the intention of creating an art we all love and enjoy.
